Sip and Survey is an intimate sixty-minute invitation-only event hosted by MCL and held at your brick and mortar location. This event allows your customer-facing employees to step into their roll as your business partners.
We provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for sixty minutes allowing your employees to let their hair down and provide valuable insight into their daily customer interactions.

MCL moderates this event at your business location after hours. We provide refreshments and create a safe environment for your employees to contribute their experiences with the goal of enhancing the customer experience.
As the business owner, you will receive a digital report of our findings and the necessary recommendations to elevate the customer experience based on the Sip & Survey feedback. We schedule a 30 minute sit down with you and go over the concerns and offerings of your front-line employees.
